my life in 10 yrs

my life in ten yrs...interestin question, one i've heard literally no less than a million times, but the one question that i can nvr stop thinkin bout, especially since i'll b graduatin in may. a difficult question, especially for a person like me, who's lived his entire life one day at a time.

i guess the obvious answer is to be very well off financially, married to a supermodel (or
actress), perfect kids, livin in oprah's mansion (after she's moved out of course), and a garage full of exotic cars, half of which require chauffeurs. well, who wouldn't? but luckily, i'm a very realistic person, so if what i just described doesn't happen, i won't b disappointed.

hopefully in ten yrs, i'll b workin for the fbi, because this architecture thing just ain't rly workin for me. i'll start off as a field agent and work my way up so i can b one of the bigwigs and plan things and whatnot. i'll b married to an attractive woman (no supermodel, but hopefully pretty enough to attract some looks...don't worry, i'm not shallow, she's gotta have a good personality and all that) with 2 children who misbehaves occasionally, cus i think it would b a borin home if they didn't. as to oprah's mansion? well, i wouldn't even know what to do with all the extra rooms. honestly, a decent sized home in a nice neighborhood would b perfectly fine for me. can't say i rly expect the garageful of exotic cars either, but a new camaro would b nice (that's not too much to ask for) and no chauffeurs, because personally, i like to drive.

web 2.0

i think this video touched on a subject that a lot of ppl think about, but don't necessarily like talkin about. i feel as though technology using us is a lil bit far fetched at this point, but it is definitely somethin that i can see happenin. there r already instances where the machine saves our preferences and does things based on those preferences. with technology being able to "learn" like that, it's not too hard to c that in the future, technology can certainly use those preferences against us, in a way.

the effects on those entering the workforce by web 2.0 can actually be a little dangerous. companies nowadays rely on the web to gather information about potential employees. because information can be notoriously difficult to erase off of the internet, this a very big obstacle that upcoming interns and employees must overcome.

it also affects those in the workforce because it forces them to be careful about what they post on the internet, write in emails, etc. just because you already have a job is no guarantee that you're gonna keep that job.

a lil bit bout myself

first things first, the name's harry. i'm a 6'1 korean attendin clemson university (prob the only korean in clemson). people have asked me if i'm related to jet li, jackie chan, and yao ming. often times i like to say yes, they're all my brothers, so don't mess with me. people also assume that because i'm asian, i'm automatically good at math and physics. me bein the nice guy that i am, i don't wanna let them down, so i pretend that i am, even though i'm not. alot of ppl hav probably failed tryin to cheat off of me.

i'm a very sarcastic person, especially when it comes to my ethnicity. but i can get serious if i hav to. i'm a 4th yr senior majorin in architecture with a minor in philosophy. i was originally goin for the 10 yr college degree program (the rl world scares me), but my parents swore they would disown me if i did, so now i'll b graduatin in may.

i'm a very active person, luv workin out religiously, and then offsettin all that workin out by eatin as much as possible

i am currently in pi kappa alpha (prob had sumthin to do with affirmative action), where i currently enjoy allowin my fellow brothers to make fun of me bcus my eyes rn't as big as theirs.

so this is where i'm at at this point in my life, but things'll def get more interestin, so stay tuned
